Les Mills Classes

RPM

Indoor cycling on stationary bikes. A high-energy cardio workout set to music, ranging from flat road rides to steep climbs. Low impact on joints but high intensity for the lungs and legs.

BODYPUMP

Barbell-based strength training class. Uses light-to-moderate weights with high repetitions to tone and condition the whole body — squats, deadlifts, chest press, and more.

BODYATTACK

High-energy sports-inspired cardio class mixing athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping. Great for burning calories and improving coordination and agility.

BODYBALANCE

A blend of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates. Focuses on flexibility, core strength, and mental calm. Slower-paced and suitable for all fitness levels.

HIIT Strength

High-Intensity Interval Training with a strength focus. Alternates between short, explosive effort periods and brief rest, using weights or resistance to build muscle while torching calories.

ZUMBA

Latin dance-inspired fitness class. Combines salsa, merengue, and cumbia-style moves into an upbeat cardio workout that barely feels like exercise.

Pilates

Mat based exercise focused on core strength, postural alignment, and controlled movement. Low impact, precise, and great for rehabilitation or to complement other training.

Yoga

Mind-body practice combining breath, movement, and stillness. Builds flexibility, balance, and mental focus. Intensity varies by style but generally restorative and centering.

Active Agers

A gentle, low-impact class designed for older adults. Focuses on mobility, balance, coordination, and functional strength to support independent, active living.
