Assessments & Programs

Every member starts their journey at Hub Total Fitness with an initial health and fitness assessment. You are an individual and you need an individual program. All of our personal trainers are fully qualified and specialize in providing exciting, motivating and goal orientated programs.

Training is NEVER BORING at HUB!

Your Complimentary 1 hour session will include:

  • Discussing your needs and current fitness levels
  • Conducting a Body Analysis Composition using the INBODY 570
  • Design of your personalized fitness program
  • Explanation and demonstration of correct technique for all prescribed exercises with our highly qualified instructor

The most accurate results will be obtained on the INBODY 570 if you follow these guidelines…

At least 2 hours prior to your Assessment please refrain from

  • Caffeine
  • Exercise
  • Large meals ( a light snack is ok)

Following your assessment you will receive a Personalised Program:

  • Please bring enclosed shoes for a safe practice of exercise.
  • Bring a water bottle so you stay hydrated during the exercise prescription
  • Also you must bring a towel for hygiene purpose as you could possibly do some exercise lying down on the floor or on equipment.
