What is a bootcamp workout?

Bootcamp workout is a class that combines Strength and Cardio exercises. It varies in intensity focus and equipment and targets all muscle groups for a Full Body Workout.  Bootcamp workouts will help you burn calories, build muscle and can also help you improve posture and prevent injury. 

Who is Bootcamp for?

Bootcamp really is for everyone! All fitness levels are catered for from beginner to advanced and all movements are progressive to give our members an achievable workout. 

Our coaches are with you for the full hour guiding and motivating you through the workout and exercise options. Our small group environment makes it a fun sweaty session with good vibes.  Our coaches will make sure you get a great workout – give it a go and see for yourself!

What to bring?

We are lucky enough to have an outdoor training facility with loads of space and equipment! Bring a towel and drink bottle to keep you hydrated!
