Who is Bootcamp for?
Bootcamp really is for everyone! All fitness levels are catered for from beginner to advanced and all movements are progressive to give our members an achievable workout.
Our coaches are with you for the full hour guiding and motivating you through the workout and exercise options. Our small group environment makes it a fun sweaty session with good vibes. Our coaches will make sure you get a great workout – give it a go and see for yourself!
