[If I have any queries about my membership or club who do I speak to?
The reception staff are more than happy to answer any of your questions in regards to your membership or club enquiry.
How do I update my personal details and/or account details?
You can update your personal details over the counter at reception. Change of banking details are unable to be taken verbally, therefore we have a change of banking details form that can be completed at reception.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes, you can put your membership on suspension by filling out a suspension form at reception. The minimum period is two weeks and up to a total of two months in any 12 month period.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
Please refer to the Cancellations Policy in the Terms and Conditions. We do require a cancellation request form to be completed.
How do I make a complaint/suggestion or give feedback?
Any complaints/feedback can be emailed to the club manager Natalie Thomas: [email protected] or a feedback & suggestion form is available from reception .
Where can I find information about Hub Total Fitness?

Can I bring a friend to the club?
Absolutely! If a visiting friend or family member wants to workout with you, they’ll receive access to the facility for a nominal fee. Access for casual visits is limited to staffed hours.
Do I need to bring my own towel?
Yes. You’ll need your own towel to dry off and to wipe down equipment after use so it’s sweat-free for the next member.Towel hire is offered at reception for a small fee.
How do I use the lockers?
Our lockers are a “bring your own padlock” system, lock your locker when you are here and take your padlock home when you are done.
What happens if I lose something in the changing rooms?
We have a lost property in reception area but this is regularly emptied.
What if I lose my membership card?
Membership cards can be purchased at reception for a cost of $5. If your card is becoming worn, we can swap it at no cost.
What if I lose my 24-hour card?
Please let reception know as soon as possible so we can deactivate this card. You will then need to purchase a replacement card for $59.
What should I do if the fire alarm sounds?
Don’t waste time searching for any personal items, exit as soon as you can in a calm manner at the nearest fire exit and gather in the car park.
I’ve never used a gym before. What support is on offer?
Our Les Mills Group Fitness classes are included in all of our memberships and offer a range of different styles of guided training. Your membership also includes Assessments every 12 weeks and Programs every 6 weeks with our Personal Trainers. The trainer will speak with you about your health and fitness goals and then write you a personalised program, according to your goals. You will then get shown how to perform all the exercises on your program. Please update to state ÿour membership also includes an initial Assessment and Program with a HUB Personal Trainer.
I’m new to classes. Do I need to be fit to participate?
All of our Group fitness & Team training classes are for all fitness levels.
How do I use the Kids Club?
The kids club is included in all of our memberships; please refer to the Kid Club booklet
I am pregnant, is it safe to work out?
Pre-pregnancy fitness levels usually determine the level of exercise during pregnancy. If you have not been exercising recently you need to make sure you follow a more conservative exercise plan to start with. Book in for an exercise Program with a personal trainer to help keep you active during your pregnancy.
