Peta wants to help as many people as she can to reach their personal goals and to create an active lifestyle. To support this claim Peta has completed courses ranging from boxing  through to nutrition and exercise for injuries.Peta’s passion for health and fitness literally kicked off at an early age. She Was a Speed Water Ski Racer from age of 5. Peta was fortunate enough to represent Queensland at a national level several times. Taking home the Australian championship many times over her 18 years of competing.Peta has also been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years and loves challenging her clients to reach their health and fitness goals. Peta’s belief is that fitness training should be challenging but enjoyable.Peta understands the demands of a busy lifestyle, Having 4 children herself. So knows how to make the most of a workout to produce the best results.Peta can adapt easily to whatever level of fitness you have and create a program specific to your needs.
