How do I update my personal details and/or account details?
You can update your personal details over the counter at reception. Change of banking details are unable to be taken verbally, therefore we have a change of banking details form that can be completed at reception.

I’ve never used a gym before. What support is on offer?
Our Les Mills Group Fitness classes are included in all of our memberships and offer a range of different styles of guided training. Your membership also includes Assessments every 12 weeks and Programs every 6 weeks with our Personal Trainers. The trainer will speak with you about your health and fitness goals and then write you a personalised program, according to your goals. You will then get shown how to perform all the exercises on your program.
Pre-pregnancy fitness levels usually determine the level of exercise during pregnancy. If you have not been exercising recently you need to make sure you follow a more conservative exercise plan to start with. Book in for an exercise Program with a personal trainer to help keep you active during your pregnancy.
