When Hub Total Fitness Members Have Fitness Problems, This Is What They Do – Let’s Go … Team Training!

A common problem among gym members is that despite attending the gym on a regular basis, they become frustrated by not seeing adequate changes to their weight or body shape. Without setting training goals and timeframes, we may lack the direction to modify our workouts in order to achieve the results we’re after. Team Training classes at Hub Fitness can provide the direction and drive needed to reach your goals and go beyond. Team Training is a fun and challenging way to work out in a small group atmosphere, enabling you to bond with others while taking advantage of the support and expertise of our awesome professional coaches.

Our Team Training classes include the world-class high-intensity interval training (HIIT) Les Mills workouts:

Les Mills GRIT STRENGTH

These short sharp demanding exercises combine weightlifting, running and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Les Mills GRIT CARDIO

This high-impact 30 minute cardio workout is designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability. This workout uses no equipment; combining a variety of body weight exercises, powerful music and motivational coaches, it provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results.

Les Mills GRIT PLYO

An intense plyometric-based workout that gets results fast and is designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to build a powerful, agile and athletic body in 30 minutes!

Our other Team Training classes include Circuit, Boxing, Suspension, Kettlebells, Legs, Team Yoga Beginners, and Tabata. These classes are great for focusing on specific areas and learning new movements and skills, not to mention increasing body conditioning and burning calories among the support and encouragement of others.
We urge anyone who hasn’t tried Team Training to give it a go as there are so many benefits of group exercise. If exercise boredom was ever a factor for you, Team Training will redefine the way you view exercise – it’s fun! As the fun-factor increases, you release more endorphins which leaves you feeling better for longer and more inclined to be consistent with your training. You’ll find more variety in your workouts and be driven to push your limits, ultimately increasing in skill, fitness and determination to reach your goals.
