"As a kid I played soccer all the way through until I was 22, representing Gladstone and Central QLD. I also played in the local Capricornia league. At 19 I felt like I needed to try something new and started training in Karate. This became my passion and I enjoyed the challenges and personal growth it gave me. After training for a few years I received my black belt and began teaching karate. I quickly found that I loved seeing people grow physically, spiritually and mentally. After experiencing this I decided to change to a more rewarding career from boiler making to Personal Training.
